Valentin is in charge of Ziwig’s Financial Management. In this role, he helps to ensure Ziwig’s short, medium and long-term financing. He prepares and structures Ziwig’s international development and manages relations with investors.
Before joining Ziwig, Valentin was CFO Americas and then CFO Worldwide of a major international logistics group, where he managed performance, development and the entire organisational and digital transformation. He also has ten years’ experience in a leading consulting firm on strategic issues in finance, M&A and post-M&A.
Valentin graduated from Harvard and ESSEC.
